123 Law Office

I announced on my Instagram this month about the most amazing and dreamy project! I was lucky enough to sell this incredible building to a client and now I get the honors of renovating it for his office space. It’s locating on a town square in a small Tennessee town and it’s going to be the most amazing law office! Think Ralph Lauren vibes with Old Money and Country Club aesthetic. This is truly a dream project come true!!!

We meet with the contractor this week and are officially going to start the demo! More than demo, it needs some SERIOUS cleaning and purging. The previous owners left quite a mess for us to clean up! RUDE! But it’s fine. I’m sure I’ve got some dirty old shoes somewhere that I can put on and get to scrubbing those original hardwood floors. YUM!

We plan to renovate the existing “kitchen” into the conference room and add some walls to create offices and a lounge. I’ve started sourcing decor and some furniture. Oh and some light fixtures! In fact, they should be arriving today! I’ll keep you posted. I’m dying to keep sourcing stuff but for now, other than some antiquing, I think I’m going to take a little break until the contractor gets going and we get some cleaners in there. As of now, there really isn’t anywhere to put any of this amazing stuff I’m finding. So I’ll hold off. But go look at my tiktok to see the fist Pottery Barn haul I did of all sorts of goodies. There’s nothing better than spending someone else’s money, is there? Ha. KIDDING! (Am I?)
